Welcome to AutoFordable LLC (referred to as “AutoFordable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Terms of Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your access to and use of our mobile mechanic services and website (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy and any other applicable laws and regulations. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to this Policy.

  1. Service Description

AutoFordable provides on-demand mobile mechanic services, allowing customers to request vehicle repairs, maintenance, and related services at their preferred location. Our Services include, but are not limited to, diagnostics, repairs, oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and general vehicle maintenance. The availability of specific services may vary depending on your location.

  1. User Responsibilities

3.1. Account Creation: In order to access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using our Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to request services for a vehicle you do not own.

3.3. Vehicle Access: You are responsible for providing access to your vehicle at the specified location and time. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation or rescheduling fees.

3.4. Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services as agreed upon during the booking process. AutoFordable reserves the right to change the pricing at any time, and such changes will be communicated to you in advance.

3.5. User Conduct: You agree not to engage in any activities that may interfere with or disrupt the functionality of our Services or the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting malware or viruses, or engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive behavior.

  1. Booking and Service Process

4.1. Requesting Services: To request our Services, you must provide accurate information about your vehicle, the required services, and your preferred location and time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests.

4.2. Service Confirmation: Once you submit a service request, we will review it and confirm whether we can fulfill the request. Service availability may vary based on location, technician availability, and other factors.

4.3. Service Delivery: When our technician arrives at the specified location, you agree to provide necessary cooperation and access to the vehicle. The duration and outcome of the service may vary depending on the complexity of the requested work.

4.4. Changes and Cancellations: You may request changes or cancellations to your service booking. However, please note that a cancellation fee of $75 will apply if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. The specific timeframe for cancellations without incurring the cancellation fee will be communicated to you during the booking process.

  1. Intellectual Property

The content, design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with AutoFordable and our Services are owned or licensed by us. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoFordable,

 its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Policy.

  1. Modifications to the Policy

AutoFordable reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to this Policy by posting a notice on our website or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of our Services after any modifications to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AutoFordable operates. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

  1. Minimum Service/Diagnostic Fee If you book a service and it is determined that the service is not needed or if the actual problem differs from the initial booking, a minimum service/diagnostic fee of $145 will apply. As well as a 10% part return fee. This fee covers the technician’s time, effort, and the initial diagnostic evaluation performed on your vehicle. The specific details and charges associated with this fee will be communicated to you by the technician.
  1. Side Deals and Appointment Booking 

12.1. Side Deals: AutoFordable LLC shall not be held responsible for any side deals, additional services, or financial transactions conducted directly between customers and technicians. Our technicians are strictly instructed to perform only the services requested through our official channels and agreed upon by the customer. Any additional services or agreements made outside of our official process are solely between the customer and the technician, and AutoFordable LLC shall not be liable for any issues or disputes arising from such arrangements.

12.2. Appointment Booking: All service appointments must be booked through our official system or over the phone with a qualified representative from AutoFordable LLC. We do not take responsibility for appointments made through unofficial channels or with unauthorized representatives. It is important to ensure that your appointment is scheduled through our designated booking process to guarantee the availability of our services and to receive the full benefits and support offered by AutoFordable LLC.

  1. Warranties 13.1. Customer-Supplied Parts: AutoFordable LLC does not provide any warranty or guarantee on parts supplied by the customer. We strongly recommend using parts provided by AutoFordable LLC to ensure the quality and compatibility of the components used in the repair or service.

13.2. Parts Provided by AutoFordable: If AutoFordable LLC provides the parts for the repair or service, they will be covered by a warranty period of one year or 15,000 miles, whichever comes first. During this warranty period, if the supplied part(s) fail due to a manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship, AutoFordable LLC will either replace the part(s) or refund the prorated amount remaining on the warranty period, at our discretion.

13.3. Required Services for Warranty: In order to be eligible for warranty coverage, any required maintenance or additional services recommended by AutoFordable LLC must be performed in a timely manner. Failure to comply with the recommended services may void the warranty.

13.4. Diagnostic Verification: To initiate a warranty claim, AutoFordable LLC must perform a diagnostic evaluation to verify that the supplied part has indeed failed. If it is determined that the failure is due to an unrelated part or problem from the original repair, a service/diagnostic fee of $145 will be charged to cover the time, effort, and resources expended in diagnosing the issue.
